How inappropriate is the sex/nudity in the Halloween movies?

Halloween movie series (Michael Myers). How inappropriate is the sexuality/nudity in ALL the Halloween movies?

Please say how many sex/nudity scenes is in each film and rate them a 1-10 (Max:10)

My nephew wants to see them and I'm thinking about getting them for his birthday. He's 13 and he's seen Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street.

friday the 13th shows a part when a couple is having sex and shes jumping on top of him with her breasts all out, its very inappropiate for a young child. but then again he is 13 so he is already almost grown. but it is rated R so you can imagine
