To much sex in small period or STD?

In a week my boyfriend and I had sex 4 times. Now my vagina is swollen and tender. We've been having sex for almost a year now and this is the first time this has happened. It's also the first time we've done it this much in a week. To much sex or STD?

i would see a doctor as it could be a STD, as i had it more than 4 times in a week with my ex boyfriend before, and my vagina never became swollen or tender, so i would see a doctor
